Instant access after confirmed payment
Eligible download links become available as soon as the store confirms successful payment and grants download permission. Pending, on-hold or unsuccessful payments do not unlock files. Any delay in payment confirmation delays access.
Where to find your ebook
Use the download links on your order confirmation or in your order email. Enter your email carefully at checkout and keep your order number. Email arrival depends on your email provider; check spam or junk folders if needed.
Recover your access
Visit Find your ebooks, enter your order number and the same email used at checkout, and follow the access email sent to that address. No account is required for this recovery process. For security, the recovery link expires after 15 minutes; opening it starts a session lasting up to one hour. You can request a new link when needed, subject to your order’s download permissions.
Reading and download requirements
Check the file format, title and edition on the product page before ordering. PDF ebooks require a compatible PDF reader. Allow enough storage space and use a stable internet connection. Access codes, companion resources and printed copies are included only if expressly stated in the listing.
Download problems
If a link fails, check that payment has been confirmed and try the recovery page. Keep the error message and order number for support. Download availability follows the permissions, limits and expiry attached to your order. Refunded items may no longer be accessible.
