What you’ll find inside
Business Law: Text and Cases, 14th Edition by Kenneth W. Clarkson, Roger LeRoy Miller and Frank B. Cross is a broad introduction to U.S. business law through legal principles and applied examples. The supplied file is identified as the fourteenth edition. Its chapter structure moves from the legal system and court processes into rules that affect commercial relationships and organizations, giving readers a framework for studying how law operates in business settings.
Core legal topics and case-based study
Early material covers sources of American law, the common-law tradition, jurisprudence, jurisdiction and court systems. Procedural chapters trace pretrial steps, trial proceedings and posttrial options before the text moves into topics such as intentional torts against persons. Across the book, cases and recurring ethics or managerial features invite students to apply legal ideas to practical situations. This combination can support a class that expects students to define a rule, identify the relevant facts and explain how a court might analyze a dispute.

I rent the ebook for about $30 instead of buying it for $200. It is not worth buying it for me since it is for one class. I believe that laws is a variable and not a fix, so even if you learn this it might change in few years or decades.
